GST returns: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B matching
HextaBook builds your monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from the invoices, credit notes, purchases and expenses you already entered. Download GSTR-1 as the JSON file the GST portal accepts, check GSTR-3B's figures before you file, and upload your GSTR-2B to see which purchase bills your suppliers have reported — so you claim the input tax credit you're owed.
Updated 29 October 2026
GSTR-1
Sales split the way the return wants them: B2B invoices, B2C large and small, credit and debit notes for registered and unregistered buyers, nil-rated supplies, the HSN summary and documents issued. Download the JSON and upload it on the GST portal's GSTR-1 offline upload, or open it in the offline tool.
GSTR-3B
The monthly summary: outward taxable supplies, nil-rated supplies, inter-state supplies to unregistered buyers by state, eligible ITC from purchases and expenses, and the tax payable after ITC.
GSTR-2B matching
Upload the GSTR-2B JSON from the portal. HextaBook matches it supplier by supplier and bill by bill, and shows what matches, what differs and what is missing — before you claim ITC in GSTR-3B.
For your CA
