WhatsApp: invoices, receipts, reminders and campaigns

HextaBook sends your invoices, payment receipts, payment reminders and online-order updates on WhatsApp, from HextaBook's WhatsApp number with your business named in every message — nothing to set up. On plans with WhatsApp you can also send offers, coupon codes, new arrivals and festival greetings to a group of customers.

What goes out

Invoice with a link to view, download and pay.
Payment receipt with the balance still due.
Payment reminders — by hand from the Payment reminders list, or automatically before and after the due date.
Online-order updates — accepted, packed, out for delivery, delivered.
Campaigns — offers and greetings to a chosen group of customers, now or at a set time.

Credits

A reminder, invoice or receipt uses 1 credit and a marketing message 5. Gold includes 1,000 credits a month and Platinum 3,000; more can be bought in packs. Customers who reply STOP aren't sent offers again.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?

No. Messages go from HextaBook's WhatsApp number with your business's name in them, so there's nothing to register.

Can I send payment reminders automatically?

Yes. Turn on automatic reminders and choose the days — for example two days before the due date and 1, 7, 15 and 30 days after — and the sending hours.
