Guide
How to get paid faster
Put a due date on every credit bill, print your UPI QR on the invoice, remind customers on WhatsApp a couple of days before and after the due date, set credit limits, and work from an ageing list that shows who to chase first. Most overdue money comes in once reminders are regular and paying is one tap.

Six habits that work
- Give every credit customer credit days, so each bill has a due date.
- Print your UPI QR and a pay link on every invoice.
- Send the invoice on WhatsApp the day you bill — it's read faster than paper.
- Remind on fixed days: 2 days before the due date, then 1, 7, 15 and 30 days after.
- Set credit limits and stop new credit bills past them.
- Check receivables ageing weekly: not due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days.
In HextaBook
Payment reminders lists unpaid invoices by customer, most overdue first, with a one-tap WhatsApp or SMS reminder. Automatic reminders go out on the days you choose, within your sending hours, and a paid invoice is never reminded.
Frequently asked questions
Is it okay to remind customers on WhatsApp?
Yes — a short, polite message with the invoice number, amount, due date and a pay link is normal practice. HextaBook's reminders name your business and stop once the invoice is paid.
