Feature
POS billing that keeps working when the internet drops
HextaBook's POS is a full-screen billing counter for walk-in customers. Scan barcodes and weighing-scale labels, hold several bills at once, take cash and UPI on one bill and see the change to give back. If the internet drops, billing carries on: bills are numbered and printed on the counter and reach HextaBook by themselves when it's back.

Built for a busy counter
- Barcode scanners and weighing-scale price labels.
- Hold bills and switch between customers.
- Split payments — cash, UPI and card on one bill — with the change worked out.
- Thermal receipts and a customer-facing display.
- Returns and exchanges at the counter.
Control for the owner
Each cashier has a PIN, a shift with an opening float and a closing cash count, and limits on discounts and returns that need a manager's approval. The POS cashiers report shows each cashier's bills, discounts, cancellations and approvals, and POS live shows today's sales and bills by counter, as they happen.
Every bill is a normal invoice
POS bills are saved as sales invoices, so stock, GST reports and accounts include them with no extra step.
Frequently asked questions
Does the POS work without internet?
